After an extensive pilot phase and based on overwhelmingly positive feedback from Gigantti KnowHow personnel, two Piceasoft Point of Sale services, PiceaSwitch™ and PiceaDiagnostics™, were taken into active use in April 2016. On Wednesday, 21 September 2016 the annual results of the retailer chain Gigantti were published showing a significant improvement over the previous fiscal year. PiceaSwitch™ is used by Gigantti for transferring mobile phone content from old to new phones.
