After thorough testing Vodafone Netherlands has signed an agreement with Piceasoft for all of their Retail stores to accelerate new phone sales and increase customer experience.
Vodafone has deployed PiceaServices in 190 stores in November 2017. The company’s intent is to provide innovative new services once taking new phones in use and to avoid unnecessary repairs of phones and usage breaks. Next to that the software helps to extend the lifecycle of mobile devices.
