Piceasoft and Bigfix Gadget Care Llp (Bigfix.in), a fast-growing care network operating across India, have signed an agreement to deploy PiceaServices software in Bigfix E-care centers that offer a complete range of repair services for smartphones. Bigfix deploys PiceaServices software in its repair outlets in 12 major cities in India including Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai and provides Piceasoft certified repair diagnostics to all mobile device customers.
PiceaServices applications enable excellent service for care center customers. When the mobile device is brought to service, PiceaServices Diagnostics is used for fast and easy diagnostics to analyse the device condition and need for repair.
PiceaServices Diagnostics enables fully automated, user-assisted test cases, and software analysis within 2-3 minutes per device. Content can be transferred to a new phone with PiceaServices Switch and all personal data from the old device can be securely erased with an ADISA certified PiceaServices Eraser.
Once the mobile device has been repaired, PiceaServices Diagnostics certificate is given to the customer to verify and prove that the device is working properly. The Diagnostics certificate is generated based on performing diagnostics again to ensure the repaired device is fully functioning.
