Piceasoft improves customer experience with store level operations history

Picea® Services is a complete software solution for mobile device repair, recycling, and trade-in, which increases revenue opportunities for mobile device retailers and streamlines operations for phone recyclers. The application suite is enhanced with Picea® Services History which offers improved visibility to operations’ records performed with PiceaServices applications. The new addition enables improved customer service and better-informed decisions to optimize mobile device operations.

Ability to view past operations’ history particularly benefits sales personnel and managers in retail stores. When a consumer returns to the point of sale, sales personnel can connect the mobile device to PiceaServices. PiceaServices software detects the device automatically and displays the details of the operations performed earlier. A retail store manager can easily check per salesperson on what has been done to the phone with PiceaServices and follow-up activities of the point of sale.

The new feature is also available for refurbishment, ITAD, and repair centers using Picea® Services Volume, and helps businesses to improve and enforce their processes by providing useful data for better-informed decisions. A warehouse manager can get device operation data per each workstation or line of workstations. Local support can quickly access phone diagnostics history details for faster repair need analysis.

PiceaHistory is targeted for local access at individual store or workstation level to get data on single mobile device operation.
