We are looking for a tech-savvy Technical Writer to join our Product, Delivery and Support Team. You will work closely with the product development and customer support teams to develop the localization and documentation processes. You will produce customer documents according to product releases, internal documentation, and customer requirements. You will coordinate the localization of documentation for customer projects and product releases.

As a technical writer, you’ll be responsible for creating simplified user content, including technical manuals, guides, and software documentation. Your efforts will result in smooth technical communication between the technology developers and target customers.

Your key tasks:

  • Plan, create, and modify technical documents, including user specifications and manuals
  • Consult software and technology subject matter experts to review, modify, and revise complex documentation
  • Interpret complex product features and translate them into a concise, relevant, and readable format
  • Collaborate with product owners and developers to study product samples and make instructions easier to comprehend
  • Proofread and edit content created by team members. Capability to turn engineering English to be understandable for end-users.
  • Write, review, and organize user-friendly content in all technical documentation for enhanced user experience
  • Select and adopt a uniform writing style across all products and platforms for consistency within and outside the organization


 We value the following experiences and skills:

  • Experience in producing customer documents and improving documentation processes
  • Experience with different documentation and localization tools
  • Experience in managing documentation projects consisting of several different documents and ensuring that documentation style is consistent between documents
  • Experience in managing localization vendors
  • Knowledge of complex technical subjects
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills in English. Other language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Ability to break down complex technical information into easily understood, clear and detailed documentation.
  • Self-initiative, positive, and customer-oriented service attitude
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant technical fields.
