Piceasoft Ltd. has acquired Varsta Software product business including Varsta`s data erasure software solutions to completely remove data from mobile devices, and Varsta`s innovative mobile device diagnostics technologies. The acquired products have been available under PiceaServices product portfolio, widely used by operators, resellers and service centers globally. Varsta product operation and related people move to Piceasoft and Varsta discontinues its software product business.
