DIS-CONNECT improves service experience for mobile device repairs with PiceaServices

DIS-CONNECT selected PiceaServices Volume to improve the efficiency of mobile device repair flows and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty of both the repair points and their end customers. PiceaServices Volume is available for the partner network through DIS-CONNECT’s ALL-IN-ONE solution.

PiceaServices Volume will become the standard solution across DIS-CONNECT’s repair network. Accurate and quick identification of the issues with mobile devices can reduce repair times and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Piceasoft’s device diagnostics within Volume provides extensive mobile device testing and features fully automated and user-assisted test cases to analyze device condition in just a few minutes providing simple and quick device handling.
