Piceasoft, Europe’s leading provider of mobile device lifecycle software solutions, has signed an agreement with ZES Repair B.V to deploy Picea® Services Volume to improve the efficiency of mobile device repairs.
ZES is a major service and repair center in the Benelux for consumer electronics and authorized for many brands. The company also offers out-of-warranty repairs and refurbishing services for electronic retailers. ZES selected PiceaServices Volume to confirm the needed repairs for the devices and to securely wipe mobile device content prior to refurbishing them.
The repair technician can use Verify within Volume to ensure the devices are acceptable for service. Diagnostics provides extensive mobile device testing and helps to identify phone software and hardware issues. Quick device analysis reduces the time for a technician to determine exactly what needs to be fixed. ADISA certified erasing technology can be used to permanently wipe all sensitive user content. Reporting history provides confidence that the phone is fully functioning after the repair.
