From the day Piceasoft was established, the decision was clear to target international markets. Following its commitment, the company has built a strong global customer base over the years and its products are now used in over 70 different countries.

While our business is global, our approach has been local. We believe the focus should be on understanding our customers and their culture in each of the key markets where we do business.

Therefore, when it comes to the local approach, we have put focus on the service experience that matters most to our customers. This applies to cases when customers engage with us, with our solutions, or provide services to their customers in different target markets.

What does this mean for Piceasoft customers?

PiceaServices software in your language
Piceasoft provides software that creates new service opportunities and cost savings for mobile operators and retailers as well as trade-in, repair, and recycling companies. Customers can use our solutions and offer mobile device lifecycle services to sell, recycle, and repair mobile devices.

Piceasoft’s products support a wide range of languages. This enables our customers to offer more relevant services and personalized experiences to their customer base in many different countries and regions. We currently support English, Arabic, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Spanish, Russian, Swedish, and Turkish.

The latest addition to the supported languages is Portuguese (Portugal) and new languages can be easily added on request.

Support from your local expert
To better support our customers, understand and keep track of local requirements, it is also important to have local support in place. In case you experience problems with PiceaServices products, we have team members available to interact with you directly in key countries, such as France, Germany, Italy, Greece, and Spain.

Online assistance in multiple languages
Thanks to our software quality assurance processes, our solutions are found to be easy to use, but we recognize that there are times when you require help.

When using Picea® Services products, you can access instructions online directly from the user interface that guides you step by step to complete the tasks. These instructions are available in the same 17 languages as your PiceaServices software and can immediately assist while using the products.

When you require help in more generic topics, online instructions for solutions, user guides or want to access the latest release notes, we provide an online help center where you can search for more information using keywords in English, German, Spanish, French, or Italian.

Local Piceasoft representatives to support your business
We value transparency and want to also engage with our customers on a regional basis. To provide our customers with opportunities to meet us in person, we organize events in different regions. These events have proven to be successful and resulted in an ongoing dialogue about customer needs and product feedback. While the Covid pandemic has put onsite events on hold, you can also meet us online. We also write blogs periodically about Piceasoft people around the globe and publish those on our Newsroom.
